I'm glad it all worked out. Maybe someone can post a pic of the decals so we can see what you got!
Got mine too. Thanks!

Let's hope the water slide part actually works! Has anyone tried it yet? You have a few spares to practice with.
I have not tried them yet but I did find them in my mailbox today. They look very nice!!!!!! Thanks again Mike.![]()
Please let me know if there is any damage or other problems with your decals. My wife packed and shipped these, so I did not see the fianl packaging.
Contact me if you have problems, I have a few of my own if you need replacements.
Shipping was awesome, no damages. They are unfriendly at best trying to put them on. Luckily if you put them back in the water they flatten back out ( I did it over 15 times). They fall off the paper immediately upon contact with water. and the only way to get them on is to pick them back up with the paper they came on. also there is no stickiness to them so unless you set them in something like polyurethane or some other clear they're just gonna lay there, the minute you touch them they move all over even after a day.
Loud is Beautiful if it's Clean! As always though, the usual disclaimers apply to this post's contents.
A couple of mine just had a hint of a problem - one at the top of the L and the other at the top of the T. Not sure if they were printed that way or if it was a shipping problem. No problem for me though. The fellow who is going to refinish my cabinet took those to test on the color samples he is making. (We are going to make my 1955 820C cabinet match the color of the unrefinished 1957 820C as close as possible. Original finish was a couple of shades darker.)
From straight on, the gold color looks pretty close to the original. Original is a little more "tannish yellow". Viewed from an angle, the gold has a bit of a green tinge. Though we think it may be due to the backing paper. Will see when the samples are done. Note that age may be a factor when comparing the color of a 55 y/o decal that has been through a lot to a brand new one...

Thanks guys.
I wonder if keeping them in water for a long time dissolved the glue? I'll try mine when I get a chance.
